The Taget store visited the manufacturer Antreg

We responded to the invitation of Antreg from the Czech Republic and visited the headquarters and production facilities of the high-tech manufacturer of weapons and suppressors. The purpose of the visit was to get to know the entire production process of the weapons and suppressors they produce, as well as to test the operation and determine the quality of the products.

Products

Antreg is a manufacturer of high quality ARS M4s rifles and VLC silencers. The rifles are available in 28 variants, the magazine supports both .223Rem and 5.56x45 Nato calibers. The configuration of the rifle can be adjusted according to different barrel lengths and profiles (lothar WALTHER premium barrels), retractable stock (MAGPUL CTR MIL-Spec), and everything made in ANTREG: pistol grip, different grips, compensators, sport piston, flame suppressor, gas regulator, tensioner, safety lock, magazine lock, with the possibility of adjusting colors, intended for the shooter to customize engraving, laser marking.

The silencer is available in two versions: the longer and more efficient VLC 556 MARK II, made entirely of INCONEL and Stainless steel, and the shorter VLC MICRO, made of Titanium, Stainless steel and partially INCONEL. Both models are tested and work in both modes (firing mode): SEMI and FULL AUTO, which is a really special quality of these suppressors. The exceptional performance of the stronger silencer VLC 556 MARK II is also shown in the maximum measured sound value, which is only/between 134.3dB and 137.8db (certified measurement in the left area of ​​the shooter's head in an open area, depending on the length of the barrel and the type of ammunition).

From idea to product

The production of all products takes place in Antreg according to the "all in-house" system. In their own technological office, they create all technical plans and computer programs that are the basis for subsequent processing in the production plant (some innovative technological solutions are also patented). The line of CNC processing machines consists of modern machines with the latest technologies for processing materials, including a robotic processor that combines several processing functions in one. The exceptional quality of the products is ensured by the established internal quality control of the incoming raw materials, which are exclusively solid materials (not alloys) and the internal control of the manufacturing accuracy of individual components. In the final production process, we must not forget human skills, the feeling in the hand, the tips of the fingers, the precise eye through which every component, semi-finished product and finished product passes. And finally, the manufacturer's own test range: this is a place where an extraordinary sense of precision and quality meets the shooter's passion.
